Why don't most of Japanese seller want to sell items internationally ? |

Most of Japanese seller is very negative to deal with customers oversea.
Because they worry about communication in English, international
payment.
But the biggest concern they have we think is shipping and claims from
overseas customers
after the sale. More than 95% of seller do not ship internationally. |

What
do I do if I found some damages on the item shipped from
you ? |

Many items on Yahoo Japan Auction is used
or hand made.
And the sellers are not professional seller in most of case.
Sellers are not always faithful to mention damage or correct
informations.
It is your responsibility to choose auctions. So be sure to check feedback
rate and contact us if
you have some questions to ask to the seller. We will happy to ask your
questions to the seller.
We unpack all of your items from the sellers and check and repack to one
large box.
If it is major damages, we would be able to find it. But we would not be
able to help to find minor damages.
If you think the damage is during international shipping,
we are going to claim post office in Japan for reimbursement.

Do
you ask the seller to send the package to me directly if
the auction page says
"Seller will ship internationally" ? |

No. We don't ask the seller to ship directly to you even if the seller mentions that the seller can
ship internationally.
When damage happen, the shipper is NOT us. So we cannot
help anything for the damage.
And under the Yahoo Auction Rule, they don't reimbuse for
the fraud if they shipment is from Japan to oversea.
To avoid these risks, we receive the items and will ship
from us to you. |

Can
you negotiate the price with the seller of Yahoo auctions
? |

No unless the seller mentions to negotiate the price on the description. |

What
if we lost the auctions ? Do you refund the deposit ? |

We ONLY take our fee to the successful auctions.
If you don't bid any other auctions, we don't take any fees
for lost auctions.
However we will have to deduct some actual expense.
1) Paypal
The "Refund Payment" option is only available for 60 days after
the deposit was sent to us.
If your refund request is after the 60 days, we have to deduct Paypal fees
and you will have to bear Paypal fees when you receive refund
from us.
2) Credit Cards
At this moment, credit card is not supported.
The deposit will NOT be refunded auctomatically.
Please press "REFUND" button when you don't have any unpaid auctions
or lost every auctions. |

Can
you bid my auctions in the last second ? |

Our system is working automatic bidding real time. Your bid will be made
real time. |

have my own Yahoo ID and want to bid myself.
Can you pay for winning auctions to the seller and receive the items and
ship it to
me ? |

No. We do not handle any auctions if you bid by your own Yahoo ID. |

The Customs in my country charge me huge duty and
tax on the items I bought. Can you reduce the value and mark as "gift" when
you ship the package ? |

No. We don't put lower value or sending as a gift to any countries. Paying
duty and tax is your obligation. And we have to put correct amount. It is our
obligation.
Please just consider about duty and tax charged in your country BEFORE
you order. |

What if the seller don't send items after I pay ? Do
I still pay for the items ? |

For Shopping Service, we can guarantee 100% for loss.
For auction deputy service, we guarantee up to 30000 yen for each auction.
For example, if we won an item at 40000 yen, Crescent Shop pays 30000 yen
and you pay 10000 yen.
So, guarantee is not 100%. Please check seller's Feedbacks so you could
avoid fraud and loss.
Or contact us before you order the auction.

I just ordered the auction but have not bid automatically on your system.
What's wrong or what happened ? |

For bid more than 100,000 JPY value, system doesn't bid on the auction
automatically.
That case, you will see in your auction status screen.
Crescent Shop has to check if the auction is safety before the ACTUAL bid.
After you see you can raise the amount automatically from your Member's menu. |

I saw you bid on an auction for somebody else.
Can I still order the auction through you ?

We only handle the auction for the first client.
However the auction was outbid, the first client choose cancel or raise
the bid amount.
If it is cancelled, you are enable to order the auction. |

I see I won an auction, but the status is still "Ongoing". Did I won the auction ? |

Can I bid multiple listing auction (Dutch Auction) on your system ? |

Yes, you can bid dutch auctions on our system.
But you cannot change the original quantity once you order the auction. |

How do you charge me for dutch auction ? |

We are charging our fee on dutch auction on total value of winnging.
if you won one item at 2000 yen, our service charge is 500 yen.
If you won 2 items from a single auction, our service charge is still 500 yen.
So, you can save money when you won multiple items from the same auction. |

If the seller mentions on the description, yes, we can ask the seller more
quantity on the listing.
But the seller is not mentioning anything about it, we will NOT asking.. |

The seller of Yahoo Auction Japan is located in South Korea.
Can you bid on the auction ? |

Yes, we can if the seller can speak Japanese or English and most importantly,
the seller must
have a bank account in Japan.
Some sellers in South Korea ask buyers in Japan to send the payment in
Cash by EMS.
We don't send cash or use untraceable payment method.
We would turn down if the seller want us to do it.
Also, we might have to pay duty or tax when we receive the package from
South Korea.
You have to pay for this additional expenses.
By now, we didn't have any problems with South Korean seller.
Everybody was very nice. |

is your own exchange rate worse than the one I see at http://www.xe.com |

We are buying your items on your behalf and we have to pay actual amount to the
seller.
For example, you want to buy something at 10000 yen from a seller. Of course we have to pay 10000 yen to the store for you without any
deduction. If you pay 10000 Japanese Yen in cash to us, there would not be
problem. But payment from you is by Paypal or credit card. They take
certain percentage of amout from your payment as a fee. So, if you use normal
exchange rate, we only receive about 9500 yen from you. We just cannot pay
for your item to the store. We just need to charge you thier fee
separately. To make a payment easier for each other, we adjust exchange
rate. This way, you don't have to think about Paypal fee or credit card fee
separately.
The exchange rate is updated on about 11 AM everyday except
for Saturday, Sunday or Japanese National Holiday. So, friday's exchange rate
remains the same until next monday on 11AM. |
