Why
don't most of Japanese shops want to sell items internationally
? |

Most of Japanese shops is very negative
to deal with customers oversea.
Because they worry about communication in English, international
payment.
But the biggest concern they have we think is shipping and
claims from overseas customers after the sale. |

What
do I do if I found some damages on the item shipped from
you ? |

There are 2 types of damage.
1 ) The damage during the International shipping.
2 ) Bad product from the beginning.
If you think the damage is during international shipping,
we are going to claim post office
in Japan for reimbursement. (EMS shipment only) Please check
the Insurance page.
If the damage is from the beginning, we will contact the
original seller to see what they can do for us.
Many companies have Return Policy for replacing items. We
handle the problems case by case.
Please just don't give up claim about the damage. We are
willing to help anytime.
Either way, please contact us as soon as possible. We will
consider what we can do for you. |

Can you ask the seller to send the package to me directly
to save domestic shipping in Japan ? |

No. We don't ask the seller to ship directry to you.
When damage happen, the shipper is NOT us. So we cannot
help anything for the damage.
You will just have to give up unless the actual shipper
is willing to help you. |

Can
you attend special events like toy show and so on ? |

No. Our service is for shopping from online stores only. |

I
want something from the shop in Tokyo. Can you go there
to pick them up ? |

Sorry. We cannot go to Tokyo to pick the
items up.
If they SHIP items to us, we could be able to help you. |

found something on the website while I was surfing around
but the items on the website doesn't look for sale. Do you
ask the owner of the website if the seller wants to sell
items ? |

No we don't. We only ask the seller to purchase the items if they mention
on the website that they
are going to sell thier items. |

shop is in outside of Japan. Can you order the product from
them ? |

No. We don't purchase items from overseas
for you. If they can ship to Japan, they should be willing
to ship your country too. You should ask them directly.
International payment is not very easy for us too. |

The Customs in my country charge me huge duty and tax on the items I bought.
Can you reduce the value and mark as "gift" when you ship the
package ? |

No. We don't put lower value or sending as a gift to any countries.
Paying duty and tax is your obligation. And we have to put correct amount.
It is our obligation.
Please consider about duty and tax charged in your country BEFORE you order. |

What if the seller don't send items after I pay ? Do I still pay for the
items ? |

No. You don't have to pay for anything. If this kind of accident happens, we will manage
everything at our side as the deal is between the seller and Crescent Shop.
The deal between you and Crescent Shop, we can guarantee 100% for your
purchase. |

I bought some clothes through Crescent Shop but they don't fit very well.
Can I replace the items if I ship them back to you ? |

Unfortunately, we cannot help you.
Most of stores do not accept a return for the size difference after you
worn the clothes.
Please ask us size descriptions BEFORE you order the clothes. |

than I ordered to you. How would you do it fo me ? |

If we ordered wrong item and sent it to you, we are taking all of responsibility.
We pay all of cost for replacing correct item. Please contact us about

We don't accept any cancellations after you pay for shopping service already.

Would you take pre-orders ? |

Yes, we can take pre-orders. But most of pre-order take 2-6 months.
You need to wait for a long time. As we mentioned above, you cannot cancel
it if you change your
mind. We have to CHARGE you full amount in advance when you order even
though the delivery
take a long time. We canot combine anything with pre-orders. |

Why is your shop's exchange rate worse than the one I see at http://www.xe.com |

We are buying your items on your behalf and we have to pay actual amount
to the seller.
For example, you want to buy something at 10000 yen from a store.
Of course we have to pay 10000 yen to the store for you without any deduction.
If you pay 10000 Japanese Yen in cash to us, there would not be problem.
But payment from you is by Paypal or credit card.
They take certain percentage of amout from your payment as a fee.
So, if you use normal exchange rate, we only receive about 9500 yen from
you.
We just cannot pay for your item to the store. We just need to charge you
thier fee separately.
To make a payment easier for each other, we adjust exchange rate.
This way, you don't have to think about Paypal fee or credit card fee separately.
The exchange rate is updated on about 11 AM everyday except for Saturday,
Sunday or Japanese
National Holiday. So, friday's exchange rate remains the same until next monday on 11AM. |

After you pay it for me they can ship items directly to me internationally. |

No. We are doing shopping service and have to purchase items and send them
FROM us.
We cannot do this kind of PAYMENT only transactions. |

How can I pay you ? |

For the shipping service, we can take other payment method like international Postal Money
Order, bank wire. Please ask us when you send an inquiry to us.
We are NOT taking payment in cash. |
